The Joys of Diversity & Cultural Enrichment (VIII)

A special US edition.

Five (relatively) recent incidents have made me think that perhaps the campaign to enrich and strengthen America through Third World immigration is not going quite so smoothly as some would have us believe. Certainly not smoothly enough to warrant a general amnesty...

1) A Muslim cab driver who had an obsessive crush on an Italian-American beauty killed her and 'cut her up'.

Almuwallad Saleh, 53, called the police in Brooklyn, New York after drinking heavily and said: "I killed her. Go inside."

Officers then arrived on the scene and entered his flat to find Jessica Giudici, 27, dismembered and stuffed into four heavy duty sacks. Her head was in one bag and her eyes and mouth 'had been carved up'.

Saleh told officers that he was angry she was seeing another man. However, Miss Giudici's friends and relatives said she'd never had a relationship with the cab driver, and he knew she lived with her long-term boyfriend.

Her family and friends knew the cabdriver had been smitten with Giudici for about two years and said she called him when she needed a cab. Friends said he gave them a discount on rides because he liked her.
"We trusted him," said her best friend Michelle Cooper, 29. "He came to my baby shower. He knew he couldn't have her.
"He used to say, 'I love her. I'm going to marry her.' We took it as a joke. We didn't think it was serious. We couldn't understand what he was saying half the time so we would brush him off."

It seems that they couldn't read between the lines or take the trouble to educate themselves about the Muslim male psyche, either - and this is the price.

2) A Mexican illegal immigrant brutally and repeatedly raped an American woman and then tried to kill her by attempting to snap her neck and stamping on her chest.

It seems that the 25 year old victim worked with the man in Hamden, New Haven, and he asked her for a lift home. She obliged, but as she was driving along he began punching her in the face. She stopped the vehicle and fell out of the door, where she was viciously beaten before being sexually assaulted.

He forced her back into the car, drove her to a park, then sexually assaulted her once more before subjecting her to a sustained beating that only ended when she played dead. The assailant hit her around the head and chest with a tree branch, tried to poke her eyes out with a stick, before trying to strangle her and break her neck.

He left in her car and was arrested later at a motel.

3) An American citizen and three African immigrants were arrested in Virginia for plotting to kidnap two local women with the intention of holding them for ransom, and one attempted kidnapping.

Joshua Kasongo, 19, of Roanoke; Mohammed Hussein Guhad, 19, of Roanoke; Luke Musa Elbino, 19, of Vinton; and Anthony Eugene Muse, 18, of Roanoke are each charged with conspiring to kidnap and attempted kidnapping.
The men drove through Hunting Hills and other Roanoke County neighborhoods throughout March and early April looking for houses of residents who were wealthy enough to pay the ransom, the indictment states.

Three of the four are African nationals: Guhad is a citizen of Somalia, Elbino of Sudan and Kasongo of Rwanda. They are all legal residents of the United States. Muse is a U.S. citizen.
On April 6, investigators believe the men tried to kidnap one of the women from her Southwest Roanoke home. She slammed the door closed and called police, thwarting their attempt.

4) Police in Portland, Maine were called to reports that a youth had stolen two bottles of vodka from a small shop.

They found Jimmy Odong, 19, a Sudanese man, with the stolen merchandise in his car. As they were arresting him and recovering the goods, a crowd of largely African youths gathered. Of the 15-30 people present, around 10 became very aggressive towards the officers, who had to call for assistance.

Members of the group, some of whom are Sudanese, like Odong, and some who are from other African countries, began calling the officers names, including “killers” and “murderers,” in apparent reference to the police shooting of a Sudanese immigrant, David Okot, last month.

When police prepared to tow the car Odong had driven, some of the crowd jumped on the car to try to prevent it from being taken, police said.
Three juveniles eventually were arrested, two of them on charges of assault after they allegedly punched the officers, police said.

Police also charged Yannick Mulongo, 21, of Clark Street with unlawful interference with a law enforcement dog, after he allegedly taunted a police dog named Taz; and Sara Langoia, 18, of Anderson Street with obstructing government administration.

The key sentence is buried elsewhere in the article:

The shift commander reported that additional arrests were warranted, but officers opted not to arrest others so the confrontation would not escalate.

Yes - a great lesson in the American way those youths have had there. If you're violent and troublesome enough, the police will leave you alone for fear of 'escalating things' - a code for 'waking some ordinary citizens up', perhaps.

5) Back in 2006, seven Haitian-Americans were arrested for a plot to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago and attack an FBI building in Miami.

On Tuesday, five of them were convicted for the plot. They face between 70 and 40 years in prison for their respective roles.

Defence lawyers tried to pretend that the men banded together to escape their inner-city neighbourhood:

Mr Herrera criticised the prosecution as "bogus" and insisted the men banded together not for terrorism but to explore ways to escape the impoverished, drug-infested area.

However, the FBI had some pretty convincing evidence:

Batiste is repeatedly heard espousing violence against the US government and saying the men should start a "full ground war" that would "kill all the devils".
"I want to fight some jihad," Batiste said on one tape.

A key piece of evidence was an FBI video of the entire group pledging an oath of allegiance, or "bayat," to al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden in a March 16, 2006, ceremony led by an FBI informant posing as "Brother Mohammed" from al-Qaeda.

Testimony also showed the men took photographs and video of possible targets in Miami, including the Sears Tower, once the highest building in the world, the FBI building, a courthouse and a synagogue.

Yeah, the poor dears. The sob story defence was in full swing, however:

But Batiste, who testified in all three trials, insisted he was only going along with Mohammed so he could obtain $50,000 or more for his struggling construction business and a nascent community outreach program.

He was leader of a Miami chapter of a sect known as the Moorish Science Temple, which combines elements of Christianity, Judaism and Islam and does not recognise the US government's full authority.

So he wanted money to become a Barack-Obama-like 'community organiser'. Ah, that's OK then. He doesn't recognise the authority of the US government on its own soil, despite choosing to live there rather than Haiti.

At the time of their arrest, the men were reported to be holding 'late night military drills' at a warehouse which they planned to stock with equipment enabling them to fight a war against the US government on American soil.

Batiste boasted to an FBI agent who infiltrated the group under the pretense of selling them weapons and hardware:

He later boasted to the FBI agent that he planned to "kill all the devils we can" in a mission that would be "just as good or greater than 9/11".

These are not people worthy of sympathy or understanding.

Bloody hell, what a crazy list.

"It seems that they couldn't read between the lines or take the trouble to educate themselves about the Muslim male psyche, either - and this is the price."

Much of the western world is in for a shock when they figure it out one day.
