Police in Southwark are appealing for anyone who recognises this man to get in touch, following a disturbing incident.
On Thursday, June 25 2009, at around 2.15pm, the suspect knocked at an address in Whitworth House, Falmouth Road.
When the 41-year-old victim answered the door he asked if her husband was home, before making suggestive comments and grabbing the victim by the wrists. She managed to close the door and the suspect left.
Detective Constable Colin Dady said: "We are unsure at this stage what the suspect's intentions were, but this was a disturbing incident, which has left the victim very shaken. I would urge anyone who recognises the suspect to contact police".
The suspect is described as a light skinned black man, aged approx 21-25 years, about 6' tall with black hair in plaits. At the time of the incident he was wearing a yellow t-shirt and blue jeans.
If you have any information please contact DC Dady at Southwark Police on 020 7232 6246 or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
