Zabath Hussain Spied on Teenager in the Toilets

From The Yorkshire Post:
A MAN has been sentenced to a three year supervision order and placed on the sex offenders register after being found guilty of voyeurism at a lapdancing club in Leeds.

Zabath Hussain, of Ringwood Road, Canterbury, Bradford, was earlier convicted of a charge of voyeurism at Leeds Crown Court for watching a teenage girl in the club's toilets in August 2008.

The 32-year-old has now been sentenced at the court.

He was handed a three year supervision order and placed on the sex offender's register at Leeds Crown Court on August 21.

Detective Sergeant Granville Sellers, from British Transport Police, said: "This was an extremely unpleasant and intimidating experience for the victim.

"Hussain's actions were not only offensive but totally unacceptable; this type of behaviour will not be tolerated."

Hussain is also required to attend a three year Sexual Offenders Treatment Programme and has been issued with a Sexual Offenders
Protection Order, which will prevent him from entering female toilets or being employed as a door person.

He will also be placed onto the sex offenders register for 5 years.
