This is another shocking case which has not been reported in a single newspaper.
Joseph Newman, 88, described as a 'frail war hero', had a regular round collecting residents' rent money in East London.
He was targeted by two thugs, Craig Clarke, 32, and Nabeel Mahmood, 20, who abducted and robbed him whilst wearing masks.
This story only got the very briefest of mentions here.
We are also informed that the two robbers were jailed "for a total of 12 years".
6 years each - and they'll probably only serve half.
