Nizar Baccar, 30 of Climping Road, Ifield and Anouar Ben-Rejab, 35, of Tithe Barn Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire, were both charged with the serious sex assault on Wednesday August 19.
The rape is alleged to have happened in a house in the town on October 25 last year.
Both men are scheduled to next appear at Lewes Crown Court on December 4.
